Hello,

The debate over assisted dying is an important one.

These are the kind of conversations grown-up, functioning democracies should be having. But, there is no doubt, it is polarising.

It should be welcomed the government is not attempting to make the bill's progress political instead allowing MPs a free vote.

This week the EDP has spoken to a range of voices on the topic and there are compelling arguments on both sides.
