An 18-year-old has been jailed after he was caught with knives and drugs during a chase through a town supermarket.
Zak Paya, of no fixed address, was arrested on Thursday night after a foot chase through the Thetford shop.
Following the incident he was taken to Bury St Edmunds Police Station for questioning.
He was charged with possession of cocaine and cannabis and two counts of having a bladed article.
Paya appeared at Ipswich Magistrates' Court on Saturday morning where he pleaded guilty to the charges and was handed a six-month jail sentence.
