A drug driver has been banned from getting behind the wheel for four years after being caught for the third time in seven years.
Paul Reilly pleaded guilty at Norwich Magistrates’ Court to careless driving under the influence of drugs, having no insurance and driving not in accordance with a licence.
He was also made subject of a 12 month community order including 10 rehabilitation days.
The 39-year-old, of Notley Road, Lowestoft, was previously convicted of drug driving in 2017 and 2020.
