A retired dustman died after fracturing his head during a fall, a court has heard.
Anthony Bray lived at the retirement housing complex Sunnyside Close, in Heacham near King’s Lynn.
The 80-year-old had been taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital after falling over and later died there on September 24.
An inquest into his death was opened at Norfolk Coroner’s Court, at County Hall in Norwich, this week.

Following a post mortem examination, the medical cause of death was given as intracranial haemorrhage due to a fractured skull as a result of a fall.
Mr Bray was born on May 21, 1944, in Fakenham. He had worked as a dustman before his retirement.
A full inquest to determine the official cause of death will take place on February 25, 2025.
