A gastropub in Norfolk has been named one of the best places to stay in the UK.
Sculthorpe Mill sits on the banks of the River Wensum just outside Fakenham and is fitted with seven "higgledy-piggledy rooms".
Now Times writer Oliver Berry has named it among the 25 best riverside stays.
"While the sizes and layouts are as eclectic as the building’s architecture, they’ve been polished up with wit and imagination, with bold primary colours and vintage Persian rugs," he said.
The pub was also featured in The Good Food Guide for its "once-course wonders".
The bar and restaurant opened in a landmark former watermill in 2021 and is run by sisters Siobhan and Caitriona Peyton.

The historic watermill, built in 1757, underwent a complete transformation by the restauranteurs while still immersing visitors in its history.
He added: "Dinky windows peep out on to the river and the Broads beyond, and there’s endless potential for outdoor pursuits in the immediate vicinity."
The restaurant is no stranger to high praise and has previously received an accolade from the Michelin Guide.
