Plans for another holiday let have been revealed at a second homes hotspot on the Norfolk coast.
A developer named in planning papers as Mr Oleson has applied for permission to build a three-bed house near the picturesque harbour at Brancaster Staithe.
A planning statement says the property will be sited on part of what is currently a parking area for established holiday homes off Common Lane.
It adds: "The proposed dwelling will provide ample accommodation space for families or groups to stay in the local area."

Proposals for seven new houses in nearby Brancaster were met with fierce opposition last year over fears they would become second homes.
While neighbouring communities have adopted neighbourhood plans which stipulate any new development must be a permanent residence, Brancaster Parish Council has not followed suit.
