Police are appealing for witnesses following an incident involving a woman who was sat alone in a park at night. 

Officers want to hear from anyone who stopped to speak with the lone female as she sat near the museum in Nicholas Everitt Park in Oulton Broad at 10pm on July 19. 

They also want to know if people in the park heard her call out or noticed her with a male, thought to have been carrying a motorcycle helmet, at around 9.30pm.

Suffolk Constabulary has given no further comment on the nature of the incident.
