Norfolk-based insurance brokers Alan Boswell Group has acquired another local firm.
Priory Insurance Brokers, based in Wymondham, has joined the financial services group, which employs 420 staff and is one of the largest independent insurance brokers in the UK.
It follows the group's purchase of Norwich-based The Insurance Centre earlier this year.

Priory Insurance Brokers, a commercial and personal lines insurance broker founded in 1973, will maintain its trading name for the foreseeable future. Its staff and premises will also remain in place.
