It is all about growth at a Norfolk farm this summer as it diversifies with a new maize maze and pick-your-own wildflower field.

The Pulham Patch is located in Pulham Market, just off the A140 opposite Goodies Food Hall.

It is part of a 185-acre arable farm, which is run by Annelise Easton, her dad Richard Ford, uncle Andrew Ford and grandmother Joan Ford.

Last October was the first year of its pumpkin patch, which was permitted under a temporary licence.

Broadland and South Norfolk Council then granted planning permission for a maze maize, pumpkin patch, playground and a cut flower garden in a 16-acre field at the farm.

The new maize maze takes inspiration from its location, with the neighbouring Tyrrel's Wood part of the Boudicca Way.

It is in the shape of the legendary warrior and it also features two horses and a chariot, with a knowledge activity trail to follow.

The pick-your-own wildflower field consists of 16 different varieties, including cosmos, poppies and cornflowers.

Katherine's Kitchen is there seven days a week offering an array of treats, with a barbecue also fired up at weekends, and there is a play area too.

Mrs Easton said: "We wanted to take advantage of our great location off the A140.

"Since opening on July 20, we have had 700 people through the gates with really great feedback.
