A man has been arrested on suspicion of outraging public decency after an incident in a city park.
A man reportedly touched himself in front of a group of women who were at Wensum Park with their young children at 6.40pm on Tuesday.
One of the women, who did not wish to be named, said: "Me and a friend were feeding the ducks when a man decided to get his private parts out and play with himself under the bench in front of us and our babies."
When confronted by two men, the suspect ran off prompting a police search to begin.
A man in his 40s was arrested outside the Chantry Place shopping centre on Thursday morning on suspicion of outraging public decency.
He is currently in Wymondham Police Station where he remains for questioning.
