A village pub which has been boarded up for the best part of a decade is set for a new lease of life.
Pints could soon be poured again at the House on the Green, near King's Lynn.
West Norfolk council has agreed plans to extend and refurbish the pub, on Ling Common Road, at North Wootton.

They include a two-storey extension to the building, along with a new staircase and extra toilets.
An earlier application said the proposals would create eight full and 12 part-time jobs, but did not reveal when the pub might open or who it would be run by.
North Wootton Parish Council supported the proposals and there were no objections from villagers.
Previously known as the Red Cat, the carrstone pub is believed to date back to the 1800s.
