Emergency services are at the scene of a crash near Norwich.
A fire crew from Earlham was called at around 6.55am to Watton Road in Little Melton.
A witness reported a pile-up of two cars on the road towards the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.
The incident took place on the westbound lane near Bawburgh Road, between the A47 and Barford.
The scene was made safe and passengers were released using hydraulic rescue equipment.
Injuries are not yet known.
