Emergency services attended an incident in Lowestoft this morning.
Police were called to Peto Way, outside the North Quay Retail Park, at around 11am.
They had received reports that a pedestrian had been hit by a car.
Part of the road was blocked while the pedestrian was assessed.
An ambulance service spokeswoman confirmed one ambulance attended and took a man to the James Paget Hospital for further care.
