A Norfolk man is set to stand trial next year after he denied sexual assaults against a woman.
Martin McCabe, 24, has been charged with two counts of sexual assault against the woman - who cannot be identified for legal reasons - on March 5, 2022.
McCabe, of North Quay, Great Yarmouth, appeared at Norwich Crown Court on Tuesday (July 16) when he entered not guilty pleas to each allegation.
Judge Katharine Moore fixed a trial date of December 8, 2025.
McCabe was granted bail with conditions he does not contact the alleged victim directly or indirectly.
Andrew Thompson appeared for the prosecution and Andrew Oliver represented McCabe.
