A man is to stand trial accused of stealing a guitar and bottles of alcohol following a raid at a home in Norwich.
Jason Fisher, 51, has been charged with burglary after a home in Shorncliffe Avenue was broken into on October 10 last year.
Fisher, who lives on Shorncliffe Avenue, appeared at Norwich Crown Court on Thursday when he pleaded not guilty to burglary.
Recorder Michael Turner put the case in a warned list for August 18 next year, meaning it could take place any day within a fortnight after that date.
A pre-trial review will take place on August 14 next year.
