Here are five public notices to be aware of in Norfolk this week.
1. Electrical substation near A47
An application and environmental statement has been submitted to South Norfolk Council for the construction of a new energy plant in Swardeston near the A47 in Norwich.
The application outlines plans to connect the new plant to the Hornsea Three Onshore Converter Station (ONCS) with required access and internal roads, drainage systems, perimeter and internal fences, external lighting and lightning pylons.
The Planning Inspectorate granted permission for the converter station in 2020.
All comments must be received by the council by July 18.
2. Anglian Water application
Anglian Water have applied to the Environment Agency for a licence to remove a structure which obstructs the flow of the River Wensum.
The licence would authorise the water company to carry out works to remove a weir.
Anyone who wishes to appeal this application is asked to contact the Environment Agency by August 2.
3. A140 roadworks
Resurfacing work on the A140 Guardian Road in Norwich is due to start on July 22 with an overnight closure lasting until July 26.
During the work, the worn-out road surface will be replaced.

A fully signed official diversion route will be in place.
4. Application for alcohol licence
A new restaurant in the city, Amelia's Bar and Kitchen, has applied for an alcohol licence, from the hours of 11am to 11pm Monday to Saturday and 12pm to 10pm Sunday.
The licence application for the site in London Street, Norwich can be viewed on Norwich City Council's website.
Representations can be made in writing to the council until July 17.
5. £40,000 roadworks
Three weeks of work on the Thorpe Road and the Lower Clarence Road junction in Norwich will take place from Monday July 15.
The work will include the installation of a new traffic island in Thorpe Road and a new west-bound bus stop near the Thorpe Road and Cotman Road junction.
Pavement widening and the permanent removal of left turn access from Lower Clarence Road into the Thorpe Road Bus Gate will also be carried out.

Lower Clarence Road will remain closed until August 9 as part of the existing works.
Temporary two-way traffic lights in Thorpe Road will be installed from July 15 to July 26 between the existing zebra crossing and Royal Mail building.
An overnight road closure in both directions will be in place from August 5 to 9, from 7pm until 5am, between its junction with Riverside Road and Lower Clarence Road.
