Emergency services were called out after a car crashed into the side of a house.
A fire crew was sent to the scene of the incident on Sandpiper Way in King's Lynn at 7pm on Wednesday.
Police and ambulance were also called to the collision.
The area was made safe and passengers in the vehicle were released using hydraulic rescue equipment.
The incident was declared under control at around 8pm.
Injuries are not yet known.
Norfolk police have been contacted for comment.
