A man in his 20s will appear in court after being charged with assault, criminal damage and racially aggravated offences.
Police were called to reports of a disturbance at a home in Kimms Belt, Thetford at 4.30am on Saturday.
Jack Simpson, of no fixed address in the Swaffham area, was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage, assault and assaulting an emergency worker.

The 23-year-old was taken to Bury St Edmunds Police Station for questioning where he was further arrested for racially aggravated public order offences.
Simpson was charged with five counts of assaulting a police officer, one count of criminal damage and two counts of racially aggravated public order offences against police officers.
He was remanded in custody and is due at Ipswich Magistrates Court this morning.
