Drugs and cash were found by police after officers stopped a "suspicious" car.
A man in his 30s has been charged after the car was seen by officers in Columbia Way in North Lynn.
Following an investigation on Saturday police found the cash and drugs at a nearby property.
The man was later charged with intent to supply a Class A drug, driving while disqualified and driving without insurance.
He appeared at Norwich Magistrates' Court on Monday where he was remanded in custody to appear at Norwich Crown Court on July 8.
