A seaside town in Norfolk has been named one of the best places in the UK for a dog-friendly holiday this summer.
Wells-next-the-Sea has been recognised for having some of the most dog-friendly pubs, bars and hotels in the country, ranking sixth out of 40 locations.
To find the most pooch-perfect destinations, popular UK holiday locations were ranked by Petsure based on their dog-friendly local amenities.

The ranking was based on the percentage of hotels, restaurants, spas and pubs in the area, including the number of local vets and nearby hikes.
Offering a "coastal getaway" with a scenic harbour and wide sandy beaches, there is plenty of opportunity for walkies in Wells.

Over a quarter of the town’s restaurants welcome dogs while three-quarters of its hotels are happy to host pups.
The pub scene includes 17 bars and pubs known for being dog-friendly and 13 dog-friendly cottages for self-catered accommodation.
Lymington in Hampshire was named the most dog-friendly holiday spot in the UK.
