A new timber warehouse will bring 10 jobs to a busy industrial estate.
An un-named developer has applied to redevelop the former Disco Drives site on the Hardwick Industrial Estate on the outskirts of King's Lynn.
The existing unit will be demolished and the yard to the south of the building extended.
Two starter units are also included in plans submitted to West Norfolk Council.

Planning papers say the warehouse will be steel-cladded and comprise 1,092 sqm of space, around a quarter of the total site, while 10 full-time jobs will be created.
A report concludes the risk of flooding at the site is low, because it is protected by the town's defences.
A decision is expected later this year.
