Emergency services were at the scene of a crash on the A148 in which two people were injured.
The two-vehicle crash happened just after 10am near the Asda on the A148 Grimston Road at South Wootton.
Two ambulances took two people to Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King's Lynn for further care.
Police were previously diverting people away from the incident which caused some traffic to build in the area but the road has now been cleared with traffic moving freely.
