A redundant barn could be turned into a new home with "minimal alterations".
Jake Hubbard has applied to convert the building off Church Drove at Outwell, near Downham Market.
A design and access statement says: "The structural condition of the existing barn appears to be in a healthy state to allow for the proposal following a site survey.
"The site is large and provides ample room for parking and a garden space to be established.

"The barn resides in a suitable position for the development and the impact to nearby residents would minimal."
Plans show a three-bed property. The application states "minimal alterations" will be needed to the building, adding: "The conversion has been designed to retain as much of the existing fabric as possible."
A decision is expected from West Norfolk Council later this year.
