Police are appealing for witnesses after an attempted mugging in broad daylight.
A woman tried to snatch the handbag of another woman in the Asda supermarket car park in Lowestoft on Sunday, March 24.
The incident happened at 10.45am in the parent and children parking bays at the front of the superstore in Horn Hill.

The victim was with a child when the woman attempted to snatch the bag but was able to resist and keep hold of it.
It is believed a passerby spoke to the victim after the incident and officers would like to speak to witnesses.
