A girl racially and verbally abused another teen in Lowestoft before tearing his clothes.
The victim was outside Lloyds Bank in London Road North when he was approached by an unknown girl at around 8.50pm on March 15.
Officers say she was racially and verbally abusive and caused a tear to his jacket sleeve.

The suspect is described as a teenage girl of a large build and light brown hair, who was last seen wearing a black jacket, jeans and shoes.
Police are eager to speak to witnesses or anyone with more information.
