A Norfolk chef will be showing off his culinary skills on a well-loved TV show this evening.
Here is everything you need to know about the cookery pro.
Who is Liam Nichols?
Liam Nichols, a former Hethersett High School pupil, is head chef at Store in Stoke Holy Cross, near Norwich.
He joined the business in May 2021 and has since earned the restaurant a Michelin star.
He worked at restaurants in Melbourne and New York as well as Tom Kerridge's Bar and Grill in London before his return to Norfolk.
He will now be putting his skills to the test on BBC Two's Great British Menu.
What will he be doing on Great British Menu?
Great British Menu showcases the abilities of top chefs from across the UK who compete for the chance to cook at a spectacular four-course banquet.
This year's feast will be presented to Team GB athletes.
Liam will be preparing canapes, starters and fish dishes inspired by the Olympics and Paralympics.
His menu celebrates the podiums where you collect your medal and the first-ever winner of an Olympic event.
Where is Store?
Store is based in the back room of Stoke Mill in Stoke Holy Cross, described as the "low-key, cool younger brother of the main restaurant".
The menu combines French food with English classics.
Stoke Mill opened in 2013 at a carefully renovated 700-year-old watermill which crosses the River Tas.
In the 1800s, Jeremiah and James Colman produced their now-famous mustard there.
Store was recognised with a coveted Michelin Star less than two years after Liam joined the business to run the restaurant.
When can I watch the show?
Liam will star in the Central England episode of Great British Menu at 8pm tonight.
If he can impress the judges he will then appear in the mains and puddings episode on Wednesday at 8pm and the judging episode on Thursday at 8pm.
