A south Norfolk town could soon see new grounds approved for its summertime car boot sales.
Harleston Town Council has applied for permission to use the recreation ground at the Memorial Leisure Centre in Wilderness Lane to host the markets.
It has proposed the ground be used for up to three car boot sales between March and November next year, with specific dates to be determined.
The total proposed area for selling is highlighted in red on the council plan and occupies nearly five acres, including the car park.

The Harleston outdoor car boot sale is usually held at The Apollo Club in Mendham Lane from August through to October.
Outdoor sales are usually suspended through the autumn and winter seasons due to unpredictable weather.
One of Norfolk's most popular car boot sales, at Arminghall near Norwich, stops in November.
Harleston's closest car boot sales can be found in Diss, Loddon and Beccles.
