The trial of a 27-year-old man accused of causing the death of a Norwich student by careless driving following a crash with a lorry is to take place in his absence after he failed to attend court.
Nissan Nazarudeen is accused of causing the death of Amal Prasad Sandhya by driving a Toyota Corolla Verso without due care and attention on the A14 at Creeting St Mary on April 2, 2021.
