When Bond girl Pussy Galore transported the dirty bomb back to Fort Knox in the Hiller helicopter at the end of Goldfinger, it was a moment that director Guy Hamilton knew would stick in the minds of 007 fans.

The 1964 blockbuster was a hit at the box office, securing Pussy Galore's position as one of the most popular Bond girls of all time.

And now, 51 years after she hopped behind the copter controls, the actress who made her a screen legend will be reunited with her Hiller when she visits Old Buckenham Airshow this summer.

As part of the exciting announcement, revealed exclusively to the EDP, Honor, who is now 89, will be taken up for a whistle-stop trip around Norfolk's skies.

Matt Wilkins, airshow organiser, said: 'There can be no real doubt of the impact and lasting influence that Goldfinger had on popular culture and we are ecstatic to be able to wind the clock back 50 years by reuniting two of its stars.

'Whilst the Goldfinger helicopter has been displayed at many prestigious events since her restoration, this will be the only occasion where you'll see Pussy Galore reunited with her helicopter, all within a specially created display celebrating one of the greatest films ever made.'

Bond lovers will be in for a weekend of treats, with a display of Aston Martin DB5s offering a chance to see a part of Hollywood history at close quarters.

The airshow, which will be held on August 1 and 2, is one of the largest in East Anglia, attracting aviation lovers from miles around with its impressive line-up.

This year, the Spitfire MH434, which had starring roles in A Bridge Too Far and the Longest Day, and the 'Ferocious Frankie' P-51D Mustang will attend, while a fun fair, tank rides, a food village and a beer festival from Attleborough brewery Taylor's will keep families entertained.
