The family of the late BERTIE MYHILL would like to thank everyone for there kind messages of sympathy and to the staff on the Dunston ward at the Norwich University hospital for there excellent care. For everyone who attended the funeral and to the Rev. Veronica Wilson for her comforting service and the organist Mr Brian Ellum. Special thanks to Richard Hendry for the excellent funeral arrangements and for all donations received to date. Please accept this as the only but most sincere acknowledgement.
