A motorcyclist has been seriously injured after a crash with a Ford Transit van.

The collision happened on the A134 in Cranwich shortly after 1.30pm on Saturday.

The road was closed for nearly four hours after the green and gold Suzuki Bandit 1200 crashed with the grey van.

Emergency services including an ambulance attended the scene and paramedics took the motorcyclist, a man in his 60s, to the Norfolk and Norwich Univeristy Hospital with serious injuries.

Police are now appealing to the public for information and anyone with relevant dashcam footage.
