A traditional Norfolk event will see the Bishop of Norwich lead an open-air service.
The Rt Rev Graham Usher Bishop will sail to the St Benet's Abbey ruins near Ludham on July 28.
Founded over a millennia ago by King Canute, St Benet's stands alone as the only monastery in Britain to withstand Henry VIII's dissolution.
The Bishop of Norwich remains the incumbent Abbot of St Benet's, preserving an unbroken tradition.

While the abbey was never officially dissolved, its remnants include a gatehouse and a century-old wind pump, overlooked by the Norfolk Archaeological Trust.
The service begins at 3.30pm, attracting both locals and visitors who travel by boat and foot for the ecumenical service which is open to all.
Bishop Graham will arrive aboard the Wherry Yacht Charter's traditional wherry and process to the site, where the high altar once stood.
