From lineups to travel, here is all you need to know ahead of Gone Wild Festival at the Holkham Hall Estate in Norfolk.

When does Gone Wild Festival at Holkham Hall take place?

The four-day Gone Wild Festival will take place at Holkham Hall from August 8 to August 11 2024.

What activities are on offer?

Co-founded by Bear Grylls and former Royal Marines Officer Oli Mason, the festival will provide an action-packed adventure across four days. 

More than 100 activities are included in the ticket price, including abseiling, break dance workshops and combat skills. 

Who is performing this year?

On Friday, Example will be the main headliner, with Sam Ryder on Saturday and McFly on Sunday.

Other acts such as Scouting For Girls, Reef and a Dick & Dom DJ set also join the lineup. 

Inspiring speakers such as explorer Sir Ranulph Fiennes and England rugby star Joe Marler will take the stage.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

Yes, the festival allows guests to bring their own food so that food allergies can be safely monitored. 

There will be a large number of street food vendors on-site with a range of options on offer.

Can I bring alcohol with a day ticket?

You can bring a limited amount of alcohol into the festival per person – eight x 440ml cans or two bottles of 70cl wine or one bottle of 70cl spirit.

There is strictly no glass allowed anywhere in the festival and taking your own alcohol into the festival arena is prohibited.

Is there a medical facility on-site? 

There are two dedicated medical points across the festival.

One is by the information tent which is in between the campsite and the main arena and there is a medical team based in the main arena too.

Is the event accessible for people with disabilities?

Gone Wild says that accessibility is a key focus of the event and it will try to accommodate any accessible needs.

The team notes that as the event is set in ancient parkland, the terrain is tricky and sometimes uneven.

There is an accessible campsite with limited space which is now fully booked.  

Is car parking free?

No, car parking requires a car park pass which can be purchased from the ticket section of the festival website.

Are tickets still available?

Yes, tickets are still available and can be purchased online at norfolk.gonewildfestival.com and ticket prices start at £42.50.
