Part of the A12 in east Suffolk was closed after a two vehicle crash.
Emergency services were called to the High Street on the A12 in Wrentham, near Southwold, at around 4.40pm on Wednesday to reports of a two-vehicle collision.
A police spokeswoman confirmed that the road was closed and an ambulance was called to the scene of the crash.
Fire and rescue crews from Wrentham and Lowestoft South were also called.
Police were advising drivers to avoid the area and seek alternative routes.
