A Grade II-listed pub in a coastal town is set to go under the hammer.

Located on the corner of the High Street in Lowestoft, The Carousel pub has been listed with Auction House East Anglia.

While the pub will continue to open as usual, ownership of the public house and two recently refurbished two-bedroom flats will be up for grabs via a livestream auction on July 24.

"This is a great ready-made investment property."

The two flats have also been completely refurbished and are currently on a fixed-term lease agreement that has three years remaining.

There is also planning permission for the basement to be converted into a further flat.
