A city road became blocked when a supermarket lorry jack-knifed this morning.

The Aldi Lorry crashed on Ring Road in Thorpe St Andrew near Norwich.

Blocking the road by the nearby Sainsbury supermarket, the vehicle became stuck shortly before 10.30am.

Drivers in the area faced delays as they were diverted around the stuck truck.

The lorry was stuck as it awaited recovery before the road became clear at around 11am.

This crash comes just weeks after the road was closed after a different lorry jack-knifed in the same stretch.
