A mobile smoke kitchen, which cooks over coals and wood, has secured a residency at a Norwich pub.

Nathan Rackham, 31, from Wymondham, launched Rollin Embers this spring and he has been to various events, including the Royal Norfolk Show.

He converted a Sankey military trailer into a versatile smoke unit and offers dishes such as jerk chicken, beef brisket and flatbreads.
