A puppy has been put up for adoption at just 11 months old after his parents struggled to look after him.

Bear the German Shepherd has come into the care of the RSPCA Mid Norfolk and North Suffolk branch.

He is described as "a big softie" who "loves lots of attention and fuss".

He is "really loveable, playful and loves all humans".

An RSPCA spokeswoman said he would like a "calm and happy home" where there are no other pets or children.

She added he is "super strong" so he needs someone who can handle him and is prepared to train him.

His long coat also means he needs daily brushes - especially after muddy walks.
