A new shop selling spiritual items such as crystals, incense and oracle cards has opened in north Norfolk.
Liz Hobbs is already a known figure in the local spiritual community, being the organiser of the monthly Mind, Body and Spirit Fayre in Aylsham - but she has recently secured a bricks-and-mortar store in North Walsham's Market Street.
The Heart and Soul Emporium sells everything from locally-produced crafts, clothes and books to more specialised mediumship tools.
To her, though, the shop is more than just a money-maker.
She shared that spirituality has been a real source of comfort to her since she suffered a nervous breakdown around 12 years ago.

"I am also a SEND parent so it is really good for me to have something I love to focus on," she said.
"A lot of the people I've met through the Aylsham fayre have become really good friends and it's nice to have that support network.
"I hope I can help others by creating a similar sense of community here in the shop."
Joshua Arbery - a healer, reiki master and tarot reader from Norwich - has been helping Ms Hobbs arrange events to bring people in and get the word out.
On Saturday, July 6, they invited people in to sample several different healing treatments and only asked them to pay what the experience was worth to them.
And on Friday, September 13, Mr Arbery is collaborating with the team at the nearby Cafe Kitale.
For £25 per person, guests will be able to enjoy a buffet dinner and receive a personalised tarot reading.
"I think it will be really nice for people," Mr Abery said.
"Often if you go to a mediumship evening, it is a group event where only a few people in the audience have a message come through.
"With tarot at tea time night, everyone will be able to take something away with them."
The pair believe locals will react well to these events because of the support that has been shown towards the shop so far.
"Obviously there are some people that are sceptical but the majority have been really kind and really supportive," she said.
"Ultimately it's just good to have another shop open in the town - and we're something a bit different that could give people a reason to travel to North Walsham.
"I hope we can build a legacy here that will last for years to come."
