It's show time and it's going to be a scorcher!

The show is being held at the showground at Costessey on Wednesday and Thursday and is a spectacular celebration of our wonderful county.
The grand ring includes everything from dizzying parachute displays to marching bands to Cossack horse-riding stunts.
On Thursday the Duke of Edinburgh is visiting and over the two days there is a spotlight on Norfolk's Young Achievers, celebrating the next generation's contribution to their families and communities.
