A wildflower meadow sits on the coast side of the house, with two fields leading to the coastal path and a quiet channel with a recently built pontoon. 

Next door, the three-bedroom Lark Cottage comes with equally "sensational views" and a similar indoor and outdoor layout including the addition of garages, a tennis court and a pool. 

A gravel driveway leads to both properties, with coastal path access from Lark Cottage via a footpath.
