Part of the A47 was currently blocked leaving drivers facing long delays.
The road was blocked near Little Fransham between Swaffham and Dereham.
Drivers saw at least 15-minute delays as congestion built on the busy stretch.
The road reportedly became blocked at around 7am but the nature of the blockage is not yet known.
