A section of the A47 has been closed following a motorbike crash.
The crash happened at 1.30pm on the A47 between Dereham and North Tuddenham with traffic being diverted off at the Etling Green junction following the road closure.
The motorbike is not believed to have crashed with another vehicle and the incident took place on the Norwich-bound carriageway.
Two people on the motorbike - a male and a female - were taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital via ambulance for further care.
Police remained at the scene with the road being shut for several hours before reopening at around 6pm.
