A man in his 70s is in a serious condition in hospital after his car and caravan left the A17 and crashed into a ditch.
The accident happened at around 11am on Sunday at Terrington St Clement, near King's Lynn.
The white Volkswagen Touareg crashed at the junction with Fence Bank.
The driver remains in hospital.
Police are appealing for witnesses or dash cam footage following the crash.
