A van driver has denied causing a crash that left a motorcyclist with serious injuries.
Derek Allen, 67, was at the wheel of a VW vehicle when it struck a bike at a junction of Plantation Road near Blofield on October 3 last year.
Norwich Crown Court was told the collision had left the motorcyclist suffering injuries including a broken leg.
Martin Ivory, prosecuting, said he had been travelling at 40mph when the van had inched out of a junction into his path.

Allen, of Brightwell Road in Norwich, pleaded not guilty to causing serious injury due to careless driving.
The court heard he had admitted to police at the scene of the crash that he had been at fault and had not seen the motorcycle before pulling out.
But his defence counsel said he disputed his actions amounted to careless driving.
Judge Katharine Moore said further evidence, including medical records, 999 recordings, and body worn video footage, was needed from both the prosecution and defence before a trial scheduled to take place in September 2025.
Royal was given unconditional bail.
