A borough council has successfully prosecuted two people for dog fouling and littering offences leading to them being fined hundreds of pounds.

Gary Morris, of Middlegate, Great Yarmouth, was spotted letting his dog foul on the pavement between the Greyfriars Way housing office and the former Ship pub in the town last July.

Morris was interviewed under caution but denied the offence had taken place.
