A 21-year-old woman who controlled a Norfolk county lines drug operation will be sentenced next month after she recovered from food poisoning, it has emerged.

Saleha Saed ran the so-called Fat Boy line, which brought three kilos of heroin and cocaine from London to Great Yarmouth between July 2021 and June 2022.

Norwich Crown Court has heard Saed controlled other gang members, including Nathan Si, who she was in a relationship with, and Tremayne Ndikumana.

Saed, from London, but currently of HMP Peterborough, was due to appear at court for sentencing last month having previously admitted two counts of conspiracy to supply class A drugs.

She also admitted an offence of arranging or facilitating the travel of another person with a view to exploitation.

But Saed, who has also admitted conspiracy to supply diamorphine and cocaine on or before March 21, 2022, did not appear in court as she was suffering from food poisoning which meant she missed a pre-sentence report.

The case was re-listed for a pre-sentence readiness hearing at King's Lynn Crown Court last week.

Sentencing will now take place on May 9.

In December, last year Ndikumana, then 20 and from Essex, and Si, then 21 and from London, were both put behind bars having both previously admitted two counts of supplying drugs of class A.

Ndikumana received four years detention in a young offenders institution (YOI) and Si got three years and four months.
