Plans have been revealed for a new home near a Norfolk Beach.
Developers named in council papers as Mr and Mrs Twite have applied to demolish an existing two-storey property at Old Hunstanton.
They hope to replace it with a new single storey property at the junction of Golf Course Road and Sandy Lane.
A planning statement says: "The proposal seeks full planning permission for the construction of a detached dwelling with garage.
"The proposed dwelling will have four bedrooms and one storey with rooms in the roof space.

"The detached garage building will accommodate a garaging and a store on the ground floor with a home gym and store shower room above."
The statement describes the area as "residential and characterised by large detached dwellings".
It says the new property will have "an irregular shape" and be positioned towards the front of the site, to allow for a larger garden.
A decision is expected later this year.
