A new music festival planned for Norfolk this summer has been cancelled.
Revel Festival was due to take place at Fakenham Racecourse during the evening of Saturday, July 27 2024.
The acts scheduled to perform were MarthaGunn, Izo FitzRoy, The Rick Parfitt Jnr Band and the headliner was the chart-topping band The Feeling.
Organiser Jeremy Andersen has now decided to cancel the event with a heavy heart.
A statement released on Revel Festival's social media pages said: “Unfortunately, we have made the very difficult decision to cancel Revel due to slower than anticipated ticket sales and increased financial risk.

“It has been a particularly sad decision to make as we truly believe that Revel would have been a fantastic event and party.
“Thank you for your initial support, it has been very much appreciated.”
Tickets have already been refunded for the festival.
