A major research project has been launched in the hope of helping social care improve in the region.
Patient group Healthwatch Norfolk has unveiled a new campaign urging people to come forward with their experiences of social care.
Share for Better Care is part of a national drive from Healthwatch branches to make sure the voices of people receiving care and their families are heard.
As part of the scheme, HWN is encouraging people to share feedback which will be used to make recommendations to care bosses on how to better services.
Alex Stewart, HWN chief executive, said: "When services are under pressure, feedback on care can be crucial to identify what is working and what needs fixing.
"Unfortunately, not everyone's voice is being heard and this campaign aims to help more people give feedback.
"The simple act of sharing feedback can help to improve care. We want people to know that their feedback, however small, can have the power to transform health and social care.
"The difference can only be made if we know about your experience."
